Resumo

Este trabalho versa sobre um dos sete conceitos formulados pelo inglês Geoff Mulgan, “Qualidade e Profissionalismo da Produção”, no processo que compreende o contrato específico de comunicação midiática. Utilizando este aporte, analisamos alguns vídeos do YouTube. Nesse conceito, destacamos “Comentário do Acontecimento”, em que os saberes técnico e intelectual se fazem necessários na produção e circulação da notícia, para enriquecer a interpretação do enunciatário. Porém, em contraponto, observamos no contexto político atual, a deterioração da notícia, em que o comentário do acontecimento não esclarece, mas, fragmenta, confunde e embaralha a lógica da recepção. Exemplificamos a atuação de jornalistas sobre as Reformas Trabalhista e Previdenciária; esses repetem comentários superficiais e não fazem leitura contextualizada sobre um possível desmantelamento da sociedade e aprofundamento da desigualdade social. Isto, não suscita uma imaginação, mas revela o que é possível acontecer no País. Contudo, o oligopólio da mídia não permite promover, num processo dinâmico, o contexto da recepção. Seguindo regras, a mídia lança mão da agenda setting e estabelece hierarquias de assuntos para dizer à audiência o quê e como pensar. Partidária, adota manobras para formar a opinião favorável ao discurso hegemônico e conservador de direita, contrário à resistência. Entre outros autores que contribuem para a discussão estão: Slavoj Zizek, Jean Baudrillard, Muniz Sodré e Krishan Kumar.

Abstract

This paper deals with one of the seven concepts formulated by Englishman Geoff Mulgan, "Quality and Professionalism of Production", in the process comprising the specific media communication contract. Using this contribution, we`ve reviewed some YouTube videos. In this concept, we highlight "Commentary on the Event", in which the technical and intellectual knowledge is required in the production and circulation of news, to enrich the interpretation of enunciatary. However, in counterpoint, we observe in the current political context, the deterioration of the news in which the commentary of the event does not clarify, but fragments, confuses and shuffles the logic of reception. We exemplify the work of some journalists on the Labor and Social Security Reforms; these repeated superficial comments and do not form contextualized reading about a possible dismantling of society and deepening of social inequality. This does not raise an imagination, but it reveals what can be happening in the country. However, the media oligopoly doesn't allow a dynamic process, promote the context of reception. Following rules, the media makes use of the agenda setting and establishes hierarchies of subjects to tell the audience what and how to think. Partisan, adopts maneuvers to form a favorable opinion to the hegemonic discourse and right-wing conservative, opposed to the resistance. Among other authors who contribute to the discussion are: Slavoj Zizek, Jean Baudrillard, Muniz Sodré and Krishan Kumar.
