Resumo

Examina-se dispositivo investigativo-comunicacional da Operação Lava Jato, a partir de entrelaçamentos discursivos entre e sistemas jurídico, midiático e dos atores sociais, a partir dos depoimentos do ex-presidente Lula e do ex-ministro Antonio Palocci, concedidos ao juiz Sérgio Moro. Descreve-se desdobramentos do interrogatório em realidades que transcendem o contexto judicial através de operações discursivas das quais resulta contexto de interpenetração entre sistemas. Chama-se atenção para o trabalho do juiz que envolve, além do interrogatório dos réus, controle do processo de midiatização cujas logicas e operações possibilitam o deslocamento do acontecimento da cena judicial para a de natureza pública. Trata-se de acontecimento comunicacional, e parte dos efeitos da sua natureza jurídico-policial depende da atividade circulatória. Estuda-se ainda a circulação de mensagens entre sistemas, além de diálogos entre juiz e réus, cujas operações enunciativas chamam atenção para fraturas entre intercambialidades que se organizam segundo lógicas distintas.

Abstract

We examine the investigative/communicational device of Lava Jato, based on discursive intertwining between legal, media and social actors’ systems, from the testimonies of former President Lula and former Minister Antonio Palocci that were granted to the judge Sérgio Moro. We describe the unfolding of the interrogatory in realities that transcend the judicial context through discursive operations from which a context of interpenetration between systems results. We draw attention to the work of the judge that involves, besides the defendants’ interrogation, control of the mediatization process, whose logic and operations enable the displacement of the event from the judicial to the public scene. It is a communicational event, and part of the effects of its legal/police nature depends on the circulatory activity. We also study the circulation of messages between systems, in addition to dialogues between the judge and the defendants, whose enunciative operations draw attention to the fractures between interchangeabilities that are organized according to distinct logics.
