Abstract

"Phone three-four-one, eleven-eleven's more of released (not understandable) in the middle (not understandable) “Desejo de Menina"-excerpt from the speech of the announcer, Joaldo Silva on Radio 104 FM, in announcing the music variety show on community radio. -"They want to be what they are not, they do not ' is ' the same person" the words of the speech of young listeners from Santa’s Luiza city on the effects arising from the way transformations while listening to the narration. We intend to carry out an analysis on the strategies of articulation between the announcer and talk comment from listeners, showing there is a that does not converge in the interaction interchangeability resulting from the talks put in action whose effect of locution are reinterpreted in addition to another external to the group, and that would be how others what is advocated by the population as an interlocutor that goes beyond the actors themselves radio interaction. We will show in the circulation of this radio project, a characterized interchangeability production levels of meaning in which the announcer-receivers work out levels of understanding that do not fit the expectations of their own imagined interaction by the community. On this instrument of enunciation, the radio is necessary a brief contextualization.
