Resumo

O presente trabalho se propõe a analisar o jornal institucional como instrumento de memória, abordando também seu uso em plataforma digital. Esse tipo de canal de comunicação envolve usuário, jornalismo institucional e organização. A comunicação organizacional lida com a necessidade de informação, com a cultura organizacional e com jornalismo institucional. Reconhecemos que não é tarefa fácil entender a interseção entre eles, portanto, como forma de auxiliar a compreensão, esse estudo pretende, longe de esgotar o assunto, estabelecer um diálogo conceitual entre os temas. Para realizar o estudo foi realizada uma pesquisa bibliográfica com autores que tratam do assunto.

Abstract

This paper aims to analyze the institutional journal as a memory instrument, also addressing its use in a digital platform. This type of communication channel involves user, institutional journalism and organization. Organizational communication deals with the need for information, organizational culture and institutional journalism. We recognize that it is not an easy task to understand the intersection between them, so as a way to help understanding, this study aims, far from exhausting the subject, to establish a conceptual dialogue between the themes. To carry out the study, a bibliographic research was conducted with authors who deal with the subject.
