Resumo

Este artigo é resultado de um período de trabalho voluntário em Lima, capital peruana na casa albergue Inspira, local onde abriga crianças em tratamento de câncer e que residem longe da grande cidade. As ações de comunicação no local são poucas devidas as dificuldades financeiras e estruturais então, o que se propõe aqui é uma discussão sobre o fortalecimento do voluntariado com as formas sociotécnicas da comunicação. Para isso, foi proposto um plano de comunicação estratégico, pensando nos recursos disponíveis na instituição. O objetivo é integrar o público voluntário a causa social e instigar a reflexões sobre o bem comum e a democracia.

Abstract

This article is the result of a volunteer work in Lima, the Peruvian capital of the hostel Inspira, a place where children in treated for cancer and who live far from the big city. The actions of communication in the place are few due to the financial and structural difficulties then, this is a proposed here is a discussion about the strengthening of volunteering with the sociotechnical forms of communication. For this, a strategic communication plan was proposed, considering the resources available in the institution. The objective is to integrate the voluntary public to the social cause and instigate reflections on the common good and democracy.
